Hello, I am H. Daniel “Dan” Morales, the founder and broker of Eastside Properties.
In 1975, I embarked on my journey towards a real estate-focused career at the young age of 20. My expertise has always been centered around Boyle Heights and the surrounding East Los Angeles area, which I continue to specialize in today. Over the years, with my business focused on the East L.A. area, I have had many opportunities to collaborate with various real estate firms and handle a spectrum of property types, including single-family homes, commercial, office, and industrial spaces.
In 2011, I departed from a large, globally affiliated firm that specialized in commercial properties. The reason for this was simple: I chose to pursue my personal passion, which was serving the community where my entire real estate-focused career began—the Boyle Heights and East Los Angeles area. I was motivated by its rich history, culture, and my deep community ties. Evidently, I am both professionally and personally dedicated to this area.
Today, in my day-to-day operations, I make it my priority to consistently focus on my clients’ best interests, striving to deliver the utmost from the culmination of both my experience and expertise.
